The Role
We are looking for an experienced HR Consultant to join us on a 10-month, Fixed Term Contract.

Working on all areas of the recruitment & selection process throughout the EMEA Region.

Preparation of recruitment plans, establishing links with local providers through both traditional resourcing strategies and developing new and innovative approachesto attract the right calibre of applicants.

Responsibilities

Working with the HR manager to develop and execute recruit plans.
Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, universities and employees.
Coordinate and implement recruiting initiatives within the confines of the recruitment budget and legislative compliance.
Work with hiring managers to agree recruitment strategy
Define the requirement and update the job description
Efficiently and effectively fill open positions within agreed time frames.
Conduct regular followup with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
Gained substantial experience of working as a recruiter (Preferably within a Software technologybased sector)
Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines.

PC Literate

Knowledge of the Microsoft Office software Packages, including Outlook, Word, Excel and Access.
Good Presentational Skills
Good Interpersonal Skills and Communication Skills
