Trainee Recruitment Position - Life Science Sector

Salary:

£24,000 Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission

A hugely successful Life Science recruitment company is looking for dynamic and ambitious graduates to join their team as Trainee Recruitment Consultants.

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be part of a sociable, supportive and high-performingteam that is committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients in the life science industry.

Company Overview: 70 person company with a sociable and supportive culture. Senior staff are allowed to work from home for half a day each week. They are looking for graduates from top 50 universities with polished profiles, impactful personalities and ideallysales experience. If you have sales experience in the life science industry, we want to hear from you.

Description of the role:

Academystyle training
Straight 360 recruitment
Work on both Perm and Contract positions

Salary:

- £24k per annum, which goes up to £25k after the 3-month probation period

Commission Structure:

No threshold for the first year, whether that is perm or contract.
