Administrator / Research Assistant
Our client is a boutique capital venture advisory firm, helping people to develop their ideas and identify investors both in the UK and overseas.
They are in the process of building a team, andthis is a new role within the business working with the COO on a range of admin, research and client support tasks.
There is a lot of potential for the position to develop as they expand their team and grow their infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Research businesses, potential clients and investment opportunities
- Maintaining databases and records
- Comprehensive note taking following meetings
- Providing general support to the COO and Directors
- Organised, focussed and able to work on own initiative
- Strong writing skills
- At least 23 years' experience working in a busy office environment
- Willing and able to work within a small team
- Interested and able to absorb and analyse new information
