We are working with a Top 200, certified law firm specialising in defendant personal injury.

You will join the established motor fraud team as a file handler, handling a caseload of litigated motor claims that are processed for delegated fraud.

Excitingly, although the caseload is on behalf of delegated insurance clients, there are chances to progress to non-delegated authority over files.

Here, you can handle files on behalf of the insurer, with full trust and authority in your own name.

The Role

Liaising with delegated defendant clients including large companies and car insurance clients.
Processing fraudulent claims for court hearings.
Collecting evidence, drafting witness statements and medical reports for court.
Confidence when liaising with our insurance clients.
