The role of the Shift Supervisor is to ensure the hygiene department is compliant with all CIC/RA/Hygiene & Site procedures across all shift patterns.

They are also required to drive training, cleaning methodology and finished standard improvements across all shift patterns.

Key Accountabilities

Responsible for reviewing, maintaining, and creating CIC's, Risk Assessments, and Hygiene Procedures.
Responsible for carrying out and maintaining training within the department.
Hygiene to Engineering communication liaise with the engineering department to ensure that hygiene equipment is maintained/fixed in a timely manner with clear actions and completion dates.
Working with the hygiene manager to implement new innovation projects.
Auditing
Waste and Pest Management.
