We have a vacancy within the P&R CMHT and are seeking to recruit a Band 4 Nursing Associate Practitioner.

The Nursing Associate / Assistant Practitioner will deliver high quality,personalised, compassionate care to service users.

They will becompetent to carry out tasks without direct supervision and will have anawareness of when to ask for guidance.

They will be supervised by aRegistered Nurse.
The Nursing Associate / Associate Practitioner will have completed a setof competency assessments and training that supports their practice.
