On behalf of Lloyds Banking Group, AMS are looking for an
Actuary for an initial
6 month contract based remotely.



Purpose of the Role:


The role is within the Shareholder ALM / Capital and Liquidity team as support to deliver on a range of liquidity initiatives.


The primary focus will be working across teams to deliver initiatives as well as building on operational capability necessary to monitor liquidity at a granular level.


As an Actuary you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering of a wide variety of liquidity initiatives including stakeholdering and governance.
  • Improvements to Liquidity reporting and monitoring tools to enhance capabilities and include any new initiatives.
  • Providing regular updates to senior management.
  • Highlighting any other areas for improvement which may appear when working through the initiatives.
  • Providing insight to market risks.
  • An Actuary Qualification
  • A good understanding of Insurance products or a background in Life Insurance.
  • An understanding of Asset Liability Management.
  • Strong stakeholder management skill and an ability to communicate with a range of customers.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • An ability to work collaboratively.
