Acorns Childrens Hospice are now looking for a Digital Marketing Officer to support the Marketing and Communications team to maximise engagement and income for the charity, from supporters and potential supporters, through the development and delivery of effective digital campaigns.


What We Offer
- £27,000 - £29,000 per annum

  • 37 hours per week
  • Based in Drakes Court, Wythall with some remote working (4 days work from home, 1 day based in the office)

About The Role

As a Digital Marketing Officer, you'll be:

  • Supporting the Digital Marketing Manager in the creation of digital marketing plans to support organizational objectives across fundraising, care, volunteering, and retail.
  • Contributing to the ongoing maintenance, development, and progression of the Acorns website, ensuring excellence and best practice are implemented.
  • Liaising closely with key stakeholders to bring expertise to our digital campaigns, leveraging industry best practice knowledge, progressing internal data and system opportunities, technical knowledge of html and marketing automation.
  • Promoting and monitoring use of digital communications to increase traffic and engagement to achieve agreed KPIs and review new media and online advertising activities.
  • Innovative and research new ideas and monitor new technological advances and other charity/fundraising activities to capture, share and implement best practice.
  • Required to deliver all work accurately ensuring materials are fully edited, proofread, and signed off. Ensure all marketing materials meet legal, compliance and regulatory requirements and comply with Acorn's brand guidelines.
