There'll also be contact with external agencies such as the police, local authorities, and social services.About you
You'll be resilient and able to manage a changing workload at a moment's notice whilst meeting deadlines. Time management will be a strong skill of yours. You'll be confident using IT specifically Microsoft office software and housing management databases. If you have experience of using CBL systems for shortlisting and allocating that would be an advantage.
You'll be confident delivering outcomes to customers and liaising with a variety of people to get the job done. Having a focus on customer service is instrumental in everything you'll do.
You'll be out and about in our communities, so access to vehicle for work and a full UK driving licence is essential.
