Description
An established and growing company are seeking an Office Junior to join their team on a permanent basis.

This role will involve supporting the buying department and is best suited for someone who wants to get their foot in the door for an office role with great organisational skills.

This role will be reporting to the Commercial Director.


Key Duties:

  • Data entry and filing
  • Creating purchase orders
  • Answering phones and dealing with incoming and outgoing calls
  • Place orders with Suppliers
  • Running daily reports for stock ordering
  • Greet visitors in reception area
  • Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing post
  • Scanning files

Key Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Great organisational skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Great telephone manner
  • Computer skills are a must.
The working hours are Monday-Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm (Non-negotiable). Based at Parkwood Trading Estate, Maidstone, Kent.
