1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant - North London


Vision Teaching are currently looking for a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistants to work in our lovely school based in North London.


We are looking for dynamic and adaptable 1:1 Teaching Assistants, that will be able to support pupils on a daily basis in the classroom, from Primary level to Secondary level.

This role is full time, long term ongoing starting ASAP.

Due to the variety of support needed, experience supporting different needs is highly desirable.

You will play a key role in supporting the pupils with communication, learning, and independence, in a safe and inclusive environment to help their development.

The positions all start in September, for the whole academic year and potentially beyond.


Responsibilities:


  • Supporting pupils with a wide range of needs
  • Supervising pupil's behaviour
  • Encourage and support the pupils learning and development
  • Support social interaction
  • Helping the teacher prepare for lessons and plan activities

Job Requirements

  • Experience of support children or adults with a variety of needs
  • Experience supporting children with learning difficulties or disabilities
  • Strong communication skills
  • Available 5 days a week
  • Able to commit to 612 months

Job Types:
Full-time, Temp to perm

Contract length: 6 months


Salary:
£85.00-£105.00 per day


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

  • Loyalty bonus
  • Performance bonus
