Hybrid working after training/probation
Some of the duties will include:
- Processing renewals for new and existing clients
- Maintaining diary systems by written and verbal communication
- Processing new business for various departments
- Scanning and printing post
- Prepare written responses to routine enquiries
- Accurate data entry with client records
- Answering incoming calls, transferring as required
- Organising and prioritising workload
- Maintain professional client relationships
- Previous experience within an administrative position
- High level of attention to detail
- Good organisational skills
- Keen eye for detail
- Educated to GCSE level as a minimum
- Great team player
- Strong communication skills
- Commutable distance to Borehamwood
