This is a great opportunity to join a successful, established world-class supplier to major OEM's. Our client has over 45 years' experience manufacturing engineering components for a variety of industries.


What we need from you as a HR Administrator:

  • 3 years' UK experience of providing HR administrative support is essential
  • Experience working within a manufacturing or factory environment is preferred
  • Experience of extracting data from HR systems into Excel and manipulating data
  • Possess good knowledge of HR software systems and Time and Attendance
  • Be process driven with a high attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of HR life cycle practices
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills with an ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a professional environment working with Senior leaders
  • Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Desirable:


  • CIPD Level 3 qualified (or equivalent)
  • Specific knowledge of People HR

What the role involves:


As the main administrator of the HR software system, you will provide administrative HR support to the business, whilst liaising with an external HR consultant as appropriate, in support of the HR function.


Duties to include but not limited to:


  • Update the HR software
  • Manage all recruitment, new starters and onboarding processes and administration
  • HR Policies & Handbook ensure latest policies and Handbook are uploaded to the HR portal
  • Handle all HR administration taking minutes of investigations, disciplinary, grievance and consultation meetings as appropriate
  • Training and Development maintain and update training records and evidence, e.g., certificates of mandatory training
  • Time & Attendance systems support payroll function with time and attendance analysis and reports

Salary:
£23,000-£25,000K pro-rata, depending on experience.


Hours of work: 20 hours per week on site, worked 4 hours per day x 5 days per week.
