Are you ready for an exciting opportunity to be part of a new and fully private dental practice offering a wide range of general, cosmetic, and specialist dentistry services? We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our expanding team as a
Part Time Dental Receptionist - Thursdays and 1 to 2 Saturday Mornings per month, with a minimum of 1 year experience with Dental Reception duties.

Position Overview:

As a valued team member, you will play a vital role as the first point of contact with our patients whilst completing reception duties and responsibilities.

This role is perfect for someone seeking a diverse experience in the dental field.

As the practice grows our patient base we will look to expand giving you an oportunity to become focused on additional Dental Administration or Dental Nursing roles in the future.

Key Responsibilities:

Reception Responsibilities:_
Greet and welcome patients
Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
Verify and update patient information
Process payments and assist with insurance claims
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Manage patient correspondence

Requirements:

Reception experience
Knowledge of dental procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail
Proficiency in Dentally software
Ability to work well in a team

Desirable Attributes and Skills:

Motivated to succeed and upskill
Positive attitude and good communication skills
Clear Enhanced DBS check
CPD current for medical emergencies

Working Hours:

Part-time hours, Thursday 08:30 - 18:00, and one Saturday per month 08:30 - 13:30 increasing to two Saturdays. Exact hours to be confirmed upon employment.
