Job Summary

Foundation Sports provides children with the opportunity to access sport during the school day and also evenings, weekends and school holidays.

We also provide Local Education Authorities with delivery of sessions, tournaments and competitions.

We are looking for sports coaches that hold a minimum Level 2 NGB award to deliver coaching sessions in primary schools in East Hertfordshire.

The Role

Netball / High

In this role you will work with coaches within a school environment.

The role will include gaining experience in delivering good engaging training sessions to participants from 5 to 11 years of age.

Responsibilities

Task Group One

Planning and delivering school sports focused clubs Monday to Friday
Planning and delivering primary PE lessons
Assisting in the development of current services
Support project staff to prepare for sessions and deliver the programme's activities
Support project staff in monitoring and evaluating the success of the projects activities
Adhere to employers and placement organisations Health and Safety, Child Protection and Equalities policies
Adhere to their placement organisations policies around presentation, dress code and representing the organisation externally
