We currently have an opportunity for an Assistant Treasurer Operations to join Grosvenor.

This role is key to the successful daily operation of the treasury department as it requires the management of the Treasury Back Office and Reporting teams, a strong working relationship with Front Office, a desire to drive process improvement and efficiency in the whole department.

The role also has responsibility for all treasury associated systems in place in the treasury department and within the wider central IT infrastructure.


Key Responsibilities- Inspiring and inclusive leadership of the team responsible for back office treasury activities across the group.- Developing and maintaining robust policies, treasury processes and controls, with a long-term strategic focus.- Managing bank, lending and other external and internal relationships from an operations perspective.- Owning debt compliance activities for all UK property debt.- Owning the Treasury Management System (TMS) and all treasury systems to ensure they are correctly configured, efficient and operationally robust.- Advising overseas companies on treasury reporting, use of TMS and treasury operations.- Continually improving treasury operations with a focus on commercial, social and environmental impact.- Compliance with internal policy and external regulations.- Owning bank mandates / authorised signatory schedules.- Drafting board papers.- Working closely and collaboratively with the Finance Centre to promote more efficient ways of working.


Key Requirements This role requires an experienced senior treasury professional who has a proven track record of delivery in operational roles.- Mastery of treasury operations and treasury systems is essential as is the proven ability to motivate and manage staff.- Experience in establishing or significantly transforming treasury operations would be preferred.- Very capable in the selection, analysis and interpretation of complex data.- Knowledge and first hand experience of major banking, treasury and dealing software.- Broad cross-functional knowledge and capable of understanding and challenging business performance across a range of functional areas.- Significant experience of complex projects and systems development.- Critical thinker and curious.- Dealing with ambiguity.
