Client Engagement:

- Nurture and sustain robust client relationships through personalised and effective communication.
Event Management:
Lead the strategic planning and flawless execution of diverse events, both internally and externally, ensuring seamless coordination and the delivery of unparalleled experiences.
- Collaborate seamlessly with multiple teams to organise and execute events that align with the company's objectives, elevating its reputation.
Office Tours:
Conduct comprehensive and insightful tours of office spaces for clients, highlighting distinctive features and amenities.
- Methodically document and comprehend clients' specific preferences and needs during tours, crafting tailored and personalised experiences.
- Assuming these pivotal responsibilities will be instrumental in upholding the company's esteemed reputation and fostering positive client relationships.
- A mandatory DBS check is required.
- Demonstrated outgoing and engaging demeanour.
- Previous Front of House experience is preferred.
