Description
My client, a busy construction company are looking for a Customer Service Appointment Maker to join their expanding business.- Making outbound telephone calls to customers to book appoitments for surveys to be carried out on their property.
- Ensuring the CRM is kept up to date;
- Manage diaries /CRM system;
- Booking appointments per week;
- Working closely with Managers to ensure the team have full diaries with quality appointments.
- Sending out company information to customers
- To proactively monitor all incoming leads and qualify;
- Confirming appointments booked with customers the day before a visit is scheduled
- Other duties as required;
Requirements:
- Customer Service focussed;
- Excellent communicator, including, writing, listening and presenting ideas;
- Selfawareness & ability to adapt to different profiles & levels of experience;
- Tenacious and selfmotivated;
- High level of interpersonal skills;
- Intermediate MS Office;
- Ability to multitask;
- Ability to problem solve and formulate a solution;
- Team Player;
- Confident and professional telephone manner;
- Ability to be reactive & quick thinking;
- Excellent telephone communication skills;
- Experience in a similar role is essential;
Job Types:

- Southampton: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
