Description
My client, a busy construction company are looking for a Customer Service Appointment Maker to join their expanding business.

  • Making outbound telephone calls to customers to book appoitments for surveys to be carried out on their property.
  • Ensuring the CRM is kept up to date;
  • Manage diaries /CRM system;
  • Booking appointments per week;
  • Working closely with Managers to ensure the team have full diaries with quality appointments.
  • Sending out company information to customers
  • To proactively monitor all incoming leads and qualify;
  • Confirming appointments booked with customers the day before a visit is scheduled
  • Other duties as required;

Requirements:


  • Customer Service focussed;
  • Excellent communicator, including, writing, listening and presenting ideas;
  • Selfawareness & ability to adapt to different profiles & levels of experience;
  • Tenacious and selfmotivated;
  • High level of interpersonal skills;
  • Intermediate MS Office;
  • Ability to multitask;
  • Ability to problem solve and formulate a solution;
  • Team Player;
  • Confident and professional telephone manner;
  • Ability to be reactive & quick thinking;
  • Excellent telephone communication skills;
  • Experience in a similar role is essential;
Desirable - Construction / Property experience


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

  • Southampton: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
