Income Collection Officer; Circa £27,540

Permanent Position x 2

Do you want to join a high performing and target driven Income Team? At FCHO we care about our customers, this is why the Income Team tailor our services for the needs of the customer to ensure that we support them every step of the way.

You will be responsible for collecting rent and service charges in a caring and supportive manner, offering help and advice to our customers at every point.

You will need to have worked in an targeted environment, be resilient, resourceful, professional, and supportive.
