Job Purpose
The role of
Client Services Executive is really important to us.

You will be responsible for operate within our Mobile Client Services Team as part of our Telecoms Division, responsible for providing internal and external customer support and delivering quality customer service to help retain and grow the Radius Connect customer base.

We would love to welcome you to our Shrewsbury office, working hours of Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm.


Your responsibilities day to day will be

  • Providing quality customer service, including interacting with customers, and answering customer enquiries.
  • Ensure phone answering takes priority and is answered in line with company guidelines.
  • Build and sustain strong relations with new and existing customers.
  • Provide 1st line customer support for faults, service issues and repairs.
  • Delivery of KPI's relating to customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with other teams' in the business, such as Sales, Field Service and Accounts.
  • Keep up to date on Company product portfolio and tariffs.

What do we expect of you?

  • Good communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels.
  • The ability to multitask and work comfortably under pressure in a fast paced, changing environment.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Experience of managing customer accounts and dealing with customer query's is desirable.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Teams, Word, Excel etc.
