Salary £26,000.00

37 hours per week

Home based with some travel to Dorchester/ Somerset

  • A great opportunity has arisen for an Asset Officer to join the Asset Investment department at Magna Housing.
  • You will be an enthusiastic and committed individual and work as part of a multidisciplinary team that works in partnership with colleagues.
  • You will assist in the development of survey programs and analyse and record property data.
  • You will also be responsible for providing administration support to the Asset Investment team.
    Your key responsibilities will

be:


  • To ensure that our customers are provided with a high level of customer service
  • To ensure that our recording and reporting of data is entered correctly thus maintaining our compliance requirements.
  • To assist the Project Managers and Surveyors in delivering our planned works and cyclical program for our customers.
  • You will produce and record performance information
  • You will ideally have knowledge in the housing and construction sector and possess a minimum of Maths and English at GCSE level.
  • You will be well organised and logical and be capable of concise and accurate work.
  • You will have very good numeracy, IT, and interpersonal skills.
