Interim Accounts Assistant - Penryn - £25,000

Trial Balance are delighted to have been again engaged by a highly regarded and successful international business.
They currently seek to recruit an Accounts Assistant to join them on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

Reporting to a highly experienced Finance Manager and working as part of a small, friendly and highly efficient team, this assignment will offer a broad remit of responsibility in an interesting industry sector.

Key responsibilities to include:

Processing subcontractor invoices using Xero software
Credit card monthly processing and supporting the team with submitting VAT receipts
Reconciliation of PL statements
Raising accounts receivable invoices
Process credit notes
Answering queries
Daily Bank Reconciliations
Other duties as required by the wider finance team
