Key Responsibilities of this role include:

  • Support project stakeholders and teams to influence, develop and deliver technology change within the organisation
  • Working across the organisation at all levels, gather and analyse functional and nonfunctional requirements which will be used to help define the scope and deliverables
  • Identify, analyse, and respond to project risks, preempting potential issues and in some cases challenging the design and development community in order to work towards solutions
  • Utilise business analysis tools and techniques including workshop facilitation, process and data mapping and requirements elicitation and documentation
  • Strong communication skills to build good relationships with our key stakeholders and customers
