Ashfield currently has the pleasure of working with a leading global hygiene and health company to recruit a Contract Account Manager covering London.

The role of the Account Contract Manager will be to ensure that the profile of the client is enhanced inthe London territory by supporting the team, identifying any projects to grow reputation and sales, and engaging with care home groups in London.

Key Responsibilities

  • To achieve sales targets by acquision of new business
  • Retention of existing business / market share in line with the company objectives
  • Understand the customer needs and market differences in the different channels
  • Home delivery and Long Term Care
  • Full understanding and implementation of company sales processes
  • Use customer categorisation and CRM tool for territory planning and callage
  • Develop and implement Territory Business Plans and monitor results
  • Complete the tender excellence process for all Care at Home customers
  • Dual work with the Long Term Care Key Account Manager to grow territory Group Nursing Home sales
  • Use marketing campaigns to contribute towards the territory activity to achieve sales targets
  • Build strong relationships with Decision Making Units and Key Opinion Leaders
  • To lead business review meetings with the customer as appropriate and to be proactive in relation to the progression of sales opportunities
  • Present approriate reports at the review meetings
  • To complete and use the CRM Tool in line with company policy
  • Ensure the customer meets company profitability expectations
  • Produce monthly analysis of business data to identify opportunities and threats and report to the Regional Sales Manager and Key Account Manager
  • To promote the clients products and services in line with company guidelines
Key Skills

  • Degree level education
  • 2/3 years sales experience in healthcare
  • Clinical qualification (not essential)
