Role responsibilities
We have an opportunity for a HR Administrator to join our thriving HR team.

This is a busy and diverse role where the HR Administrator will provide a comprehensive administrative service to the team in order to support the wider business.


  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team as required from scheduling and arranging meetings including inviting attendees, providing agendas, arranging venues & refreshments, producing, and distributing minutes and actions, and track actions if required.
  • Support any bilingual HR requirements.
  • Support the HR Officer in the delivery of core HR activities to ensure systems are maintained and data accuracy. Seek guidance from the HR Officer and develop an understanding of the HR Officer role to provide support where needed.
  • Support the HR Officers to ensure accuracy of data in the HR system with employee changes. Ensure up to date job descriptions and offer letters and contracts.

_Essential requirements to be considered for this role: _

  • Previous administration experience with proven organisational and administration skills
  • Strong IT Skills, including experience of working with HR Systems and MS Office, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to deal with several issues concurrently
  • The ability to speak/write Welsh is highly desirable

Welsh Language Skills
The ability to speak/write Welsh is highly desirable for this role.
