Job Summary and key responsibilities**As an Administrator, you will be working within our Premier Claims Team. You will be working closely with exciting administrator keeping records updated, ensuring relevant documentation for legal action is ready for a claim handler, generally assisting the Premier Team and manager.


Key Responsibilities**:


  • Ensure professional and courteous service at all times
  • Opening Claims.
  • Obtaining documents for legal action
  • Complete daily reports
  • Ensure landlords have been paid
  • Keep system updated.
  • Advising Manager of matters requiring their attention.
  • Attending department weekly meetings.

  • Have good written and spoken communication skills
  • Methodical and organised
  • Have the ability to selfmanage work load
  • Be comfortable with a desk / computer and phone orientated workload.
