Store Person, Fire and Security

Objective
As Store Person you will report directly to the Procurement Manager. You are personable, detail-oriented and be able to create and maintain strong relations. You have strong communication skills and have a willingness to learn in a proactive way. Acting as an ambassador to position the company's reputation as a leading and respected employer.

Responsibilities (are to include the following but are not limited to)

To be responsible for managing all functions of stock and equipment.
Ordering and maintaining stock levels for both fire and security
Maintain accurate records of all movement of stock
Be responsible for organising inventory so it is easily accessible and safe for those working in the storage area.
You are responsible for accepting all deliveries of stock. This includes ensuring that they are not damaged, and that everything ordered is present and accounted for.
Participate in improvement activities within the stores area and maintain good housekeeping
Maintenance and recording of any ladders etc removed from the stores
Manage all returns to go back to suppliers
Manage recycling for the stores area
You will be at times, required to travel to deliver stock to sites at short notice a well as pick up equipment from projects, recycle and dispose in a safe manner
Inventory management of PPE
To follow Health & Safety procedures set out by the company in order to ensure the safety of you, your colleagues and others. Also, adhere to the Company Health and Safety policy.
