Your primary focus will be to create and deliver internal communication initiatives that foster a sense of belonging, purpose, and collective ambition among our team members.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Internal communications plans:

Execute comprehensive internal communication plans aligned with our organisational purpose, ambition, and strategy.

Channel management:

Manage our internal channels, ensuring effective engagement and information dissemination to our diverse, multi-generational employee communities.

Performance communications:


Create engaging communications initiatives that help employees understand their roles in achieving collective goals and keep them informed about our business performance.

Culture enhancement:


Craft internal communications that support the development of a positive and inclusive organisational culture, where employees take pride in being part of Pentland Brands.

Change communications:

provide internal communications support during change management initiatives to ensure employees are well-informed and engaged.

Content creation:

Create engaging written and visual internal communication content across various mediums.

Campaign management:

Manage internal communication campaigns, inspiring enthusiasm and commitment among our global colleagues.

Event organisation:

Set up and co-ordinate live and online internal events, catering for our diverse global employee network

Stakeholder management:


Build effective cross-functional relationships with teams across the organisation globally including the Executive office, HR team, Change team and brand teams.

Reports, Feedback & Evaluation:

Provide insightful data analysis and impact reports, offering recommendations for data-driven improvements.


WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

Plan delivery & scheduling:

Proven ability to execute comprehensive internal communication plans and scheduling, strategically aligned with the organisational purpose, ambition, and strategy.

Channel management:

Demonstrated expertise in managing internal communication channels to effectively engage and disseminate information to diverse and multi-generational employee communities.

Creative communications:


Creative skills in crafting engaging communication initiatives that empower employees to understand their roles in achieving collective goals and stay informed about business performance.

Also crafting internal communications that contribute to nurturing a positive and inclusive organisational culture, instilling pride among employees.

Change Communication:

Adeptness in providing essential internal communications support during change management initiatives, ensuring well-informed and engaged employees.

Content Creation:

Strong capability to create compelling written and visual internal communication content across various mediums.

Campaign & event management:

Proven track record in effectively managing internal communication campaigns that inspire enthusiasm and commitment among global colleagues. Skill in coordinating both live and online internal events, accommodating our diverse global employee network.

Stakeholder Relations:

Proficiency in building and nurturing effective cross-functional relationships with teams across the organisation globally.

Data Analysis:

Ability to provide insightful data analysis and impact reports, offering valuable recommendations for data-driven improvements in internal communications.

Budget support:

Ability to raise purchase orders and process invoices for approval.

We are moving to our new London Hub in Farringdon in 2024. This role will initially be based at our current London Hub in Finchley and transfer to Farringdon early 2024.
