We have a fantastic opportunity for someone with a proven background providing support to a range of levels of stakeholders.
We are looking for someone who has previous experience organising meetings internally and externally, taking minutes in meetings and organising the agendas, managing an inbox and supporting with any ad hoc duties where required.
The ideal person will be proficient with MS office systems, have strong attention to detail and able to manage a busy workload.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Daily support to the functional Head, management team and health systems teams with administrative tasks as required.
- Plan and organise meetings internal and external
- Taking and transcribing minutes at functional meetings and ensuring agendas are prepared
- Creating polls and surveys for functional initiatives
- Compiling presentations, producing reports, updating field force Intranet content pages
- Raise and manage appropriate PO's for management team
- Monitor Field Force Admin Inbox
- Business card orders for Field Force
- Name badges and administer MIA cards for field
- Ensuring organisation charts are up to date
- Support Field Force onboarding process
- Ensure field force structure is up to date and field team members have access to product materials
- Customer calls/Postcode finder & supporting Meds info with HCP enquiries
- Processing compliance documents for approval
- Contribute as a full team member, supporting others and sharing information and ideas
- Liaise with other teams or departments regarding the resolution of issues or problems
Skills Required:
- Well organised with strong planning, organisational and time management skills
- Able to multitask and juggle a busy workload
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Excellent communication skills written and verbal and able to work with stakeholders at all levels of the business
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
- Confident using and learning different inhouse company systems

Job Types:

Up to £30,000.00 per year
