Job summery for the Sales and Procurement Administrator - Sales Administrator
Full time internal sales and procurement position within a highly motivated and integrated team of sales and engineering staff. The position is office based, with the possibility of short duration international travel for training purposes.
Key tasks for the Sales and Procurement Administrator - Sales Administrator
Preparation of orders for suppliers and monitoring of delivery schedules.
Liaise with the sales, engineering and logistic teams to manage the progress of orders, proposals, and deliveries.
Attend team meetings and support colleagues.
Skills and Experience for the Sales and Procurement Administrator - Sales Administrator
Essential
Experience with Sage 50 or 200
Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
Competence in Office based tools such as Word and Excel.
Understanding of Windows file structures.
Flexibility to adapt to varying types of work that are delegated.
Desirable
One or two years of work experience within sales or the construction and engineering sectors.
25 days paid holiday plus Bank Holidays.
