The Cambridge Judge Business School Human Resources department is responsible for the full range of HR functions for all staff including organisational structure, recruitment & retention, pay and grading, training & development, employment relations and performance management.


Reporting to the HR Director at the School you will be required to deliver a comprehensive HR service, including advice on best practice, case-work, HR Management and other HR activities associated with driving forward the departmental HR plan.

In addition, working with another HR Advisor and three other HR Coordinators and you will manage the faculty recruitment process, deal with employee relations matters and coordinate and source suitable internal staff training activities.


With a CIPD qualification or equivalent HR experience, you will have worked in a busy, customer focussed generalist HR role.

Up to date employment law knowledge with the ability to deal with complex and sensitive employee relations issues is essential.

You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with a number of stakeholders. The ability to remain calm and professional under pressure is a prerequisite of this role.

This is a fixed-term post for one year or return of the post-holder, whichever is earlier. The role is a full-time or part-time role, with working a minimum of 70% of full time equivalent.
