An exciting opportunity has arisen for the role of Assistant Caseworker as part of the Professional Standards Administration Team. This is a part time position covering 31.7 hours per week.
The team you will join assists officers and staff in responding to enquiries from internal and external customers.
You will be responsible for generating and updating case records to facilitate the public complaints system and investigations carried out by the Professional Standards Department.
This is a challenging role within which you will provide a high level of internal and external customer service. It is therefore essential that you possess good communication skills.
You will be able to demonstrate experience of working with others to provide a good level of service to customers and their ability to work with others as part of a team, enabling that level of service to be met.

Competence in audio typing.
Successful applicants for this role will be defined as an: Office based Agile Worker - Office based agile working with designated team area. Works predominantly (60% or more) in one office space. The rest of the time works at home or at other police site locations.
