Description
Our Client is looking for an experienced Mobile Cleaner to work in the Housing Sector in Cardiff.

This is a permanent vacancy offered on a full-time basis 40 hours p/w (Mon - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm) with an annual salary of £22,050.


Reporting to the Head of Property Services as a Clean and clear cleaner you will be accountable for ensuring all room/house cleaning and maintaining hygienic and complaint facilities into and out of properties primarily in the Cardiff area.


You need to have 2-3years Industiral and Property cleaning experience.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES_


Main duties
a) To ensure the cleaning of all communal areas, offices, toilets and external areas on a regular basis and in accordance with the company standard.

b) To ensure all accommodation is clean and fit for purpose.

c) Remove rubbish to a suitable place and arrange collection.

d) To ensure company procedures are adhered to and all cleaning records are completed and up to date.

e) Other duties as deemed reasonable by the Head of Property Services.
