Responsibilities will include:
- Processing purchase orders for the Key Accounts team
- Activating customer contracts
- Dealing with cancellations
- Logging customer documentation
- Data processing as required
- Ensuring customer information is up to date
- General administrative duties to support the team
- Microsoft Office knowledge (specifically Excel)
- Previous experience within an administration role
- Excellent communication skills
You will have demonstrable experience of working in a fast paced environment where personal time management and ability to work to operational deadlines is key.
