IT Operations Graduate - Service Desk Team. If you have sound service desk based IT support experience, along with knowledge of programming and can demonstrate a high level of numeracy, the following represents an excellent opportunity to join aSlough based blue chip organisation and advance your IT career and associated skills across a wide cross-section of related disciplines.
Reporting to the IT Services Manager, your role as IT Operations Graduatewill include, but not be limited to;

  • Providing 1st line support
  • Helping to ensure the smooth running of enduser IT operations and services
  • Assisting with the diagnosis of hardware and software based malfunctions
  • Incident tracking and escalation
  • Building and setting up hardware
  • Monitoring and servicing network printers
  • Supporting IT audits
  • Taking part in disaster recovery testing and planning
  • Documenting root cause analysis


Already with solid and demonstrable 1st line IT service desk support experience, you'll be a confident and articulate communicator, both verbally and written, able to work independently when required, while providing overall support to the wider IT serviceteam.

A strong level of all-round numeracy is also a must, as is demonstrable experience in some form of programming.


As IT Operations Graduate, you'll be self-motivated, flexible, pragmatic and comfortable working in such a position on-site or remotely as required.
