Salary:

What is the Role?


At SSE Airtricity our customers and our employees are our priority and we're currently recruiting for enthusiastic Customer Service Advisors in our gas business to join our growing team.

Our contact centre is open from 08:30 - 18:00, Monday to Thursday and 08:30 - 16:30 on a Friday, so there's no weekend work at all


Our blended model of working at home and in the office, provides our colleagues with the flexibility and support they require to succeed in this role.

When in the office, you'll be in a vibrant working atmosphere and our modern offices are in a city centre location close to shops, restaurants, and a public transport hub.

Working in one of our Customer Service teams, in this role you will:

  • Answer general enquiry calls from our customers who will have a diverse range of questions and needs
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Meet personal / customer service team targets and contact centre KPI's
  • Be the voice of SSE Airtricity and an ambassador for our brand
  • Work on multiple systems at once in a fast paced environment to deliver quality results

What do I need?
To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:

  • Analytical and reconciliation skills
  • Effective communication skills, including written and verbal
  • The ability to work towards set targets in a regulated enviroment
  • A confident, resilient and articulate nature
  • The ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
