Our client is offering a competitive remuneration of £23,000, 25 days holiday in addition to Public Bank Holidays, auto enrolment pension scheme, free on-site car-parking all entwined within working hours of Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:30.
You'll be providing tailor-made and routine customer reports as requested by the Compliance Manager in reporting to meet requirements of regulatory authorities and consumers.
- Your Daytoday duties shall include of:
- Populate and submit data for customer reports by required deadlines.
- Implement & validate reporting for existing and new customers.
- Ensure regulatory compliance reporting is completed correctly and in line with the EA's regulatory timetable for Environcom correctly & on time.
- Provide administrative assistance on internal Regenerist system.
- Support the Compliance Manager with EA and Customer Audits, supply any support information required on the day.
- Support Customer Services and Peace of Mind during peak periods also providing holiday / absence cover.
- Complete daily internal and external weighbridge ticket checks
- Maintain the internal consignment note model system.
- Maintaining existing customer records, updating contracts and information when needed, setting up new contracts too.
- Add data to external customer portals ensuring deadlines met.
- Any other duties required by the Compliance Manager
- Excellent communication skills

- Demonstrate a positive, enthusiastic, and flexible approach
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritise and multitask
- Experience in waste management industry desirable but not essential
