About the role

We are looking for a customer-focused professional who is all about giving the best possible service to every customer that contacts us and doing what is right for them.

We do not limit the time you spend dealing with a customers' query; we staff our serviceat a level that enables us to answer calls promptly and effectively.

You will provide front line services to both internal and external customers of JRHT meeting organisational service standards and performance targets that are within current policy and procedural parameters.

You will use discretion when appropriate and ensurethat regulatory and legislative requirements are met.
You will have a key role in ensuring that customer focused services are delivered.

You will provide a range of services and information which results in well-managed homes and neighbourhoods, and a proficient and equitable service for everyone who meets JRHT.

About you

Being an excellent communicator is essential in delivering the highest standards of service to our diverse resident and client base.

The ability to quickly undertake administrative tasks in an organised and accurate manner, together with good IT skills, arekey to this role, as well as being able to work with understanding, patience and discretion.

Experience of working in a repairs or social housing environment is desirable, but not essential.

We work closely with other teams, so an ability to get on with colleagues and work effectively as part of a team is essential.
