AR Assistant - Part Time - VR/29486:

Your duties will include the following:

  • Maintaining accounts receivable data, collating relevant credit checks and setting up new customers.
  • Credit control.
  • Performing monthly accrual calculations for any outstanding unapproved purchase invoices at month end.
  • Performing credit approval checks on new or potential customers.
  • Posting bank receipts and issuing of customer statements.
Past exposure to Navision would be beneficial, although not essential.
