Circa £550 per day

We're looking for someone with an automation first approach to Testing and a focus on reducing risk. They will have a passion for leading productivity and are more than capable of bootstrapping projects.
They can work effectively with multi-disciplinary, internaland external distributed teams and are experienced in guiding, coaching and helping colleagues grow their potential.
Key accountabilities for the role include:
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Designers, Engineers and DevOps Teams to build refine design, functionality, features and experiments.
- Participate in design and process reviews and enhance the team's capability.
- Identify and address quality/performance issues and implement QE and engineering best practices.
- Build efficient and reusable systems and work to enhance QE process in the Lab and Value Stream.
- As a Quality Engineer you will have a Quality Assurance and Quality Engineering background.
- You will be probably ISTQB Certified and have deep knowledge of the Test Lifecycle, Test Models, Best Practices, Test Benchmarking and Test Tools.
- You will be experienced in defining Quality Engineering and Assurance work, producing quality test artefacts in an agile delivery environment.
- The test lifecycle including Quality Engineering, Performance Engineering, Test Data and Environments.
- Creating test data and strategy behind this
- Salesforce experience
- Necessary
- Integration with legacy systems (COBOL, JCL, IMS, SDSF, TSO, VSAM, DB2)
- Programming languages (JavaScript, Java, SQL/noSQL, Python and Unix Shell)
