Responsibilities
- Be the point of contact or client requests and queries across EMEA ensuring a high standard of service
- Assist with onboarding of new accounts
- Work with internal teams to respond to and manage client requests
- Work with internal teams to ensure client and portfolio reporting
- Assistwith client review meetings/callsand other
- Manage CRM system
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree(min 2.1)
- 57 years experience in similarclient service role within financial services
- IMC or similar industry qualification
- Demonstrable Interest in sustainability/ESG
- ExcellentMicrosoft office skills (Powerpoint/Excel/Word)
