Podium Recruitment Limited is working with a client who is on the lookout for a Collections Advisor.

This role offers a starting salary of up to £30,000 p/a with a bonus of up to 10% and the opportunity to work in a vibrant and modern Manchester City Centreoffice.

To give you an idea of how this flexible role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:

Recover customer arrears via telephone, written communications and/or any other digital methods introduced into the department/function
Set appropriate, sustainable, and compliant repayment arrangements
Address failed arrangements in an appropriate and timely manner
Address customers' change of circumstances in line with company policy and procedures surrounding potentially vulnerable customers

To apply, you must have 18 months' minimum collections experience, ideally within a regulated environment

You'll also require:

Experience in asset or car finance (advantage)
Experience in Consumer Finance (desirable but not essential)
