Description

What will you be doing?:


As a Customer Lead, you will ensure daily planning of customer orders in readiness for production, delivery scheduling and direct sales through a highly motivated and engaged team.


To deliver an industry leading service for internal and external customers whilst maintaining full utilisation of resources through process training & colleague development and administrative accuracy.


How will I know if I am right for this role?:
Ideally you will have previous administration experience and hold Product and Process knowledge.

You'll need strong IT skills as well as excellent communication skills.

Ideally, you will have IT management techniques as well as Problem Solving Techniques.
