You'll brig an agile mindset and project management experience to the team in order to manage the activity and programmes across the team to fruition.

You will use your toolbox of agile practices, Project Management processes, and facilitation skills to predictably produce high quality and timely delivery.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

The Campaign Delivery Coordinator leads the project team through all phases of the project delivery and facilitates all Scrum ceremonies seeking to create a regular "Sprint Rhythm".

You'll identify and drive implementation of continuous improvement within the project team and be responsible for proactively identifying and resolving issues that impact the achievement of the team sprint.

You'll also take accountability for:

Regular reports of the overall project status to management and key stakeholders and escalate major issues as necessary.
Maintain a project repository of historical and current project information.
Facilitate team meetings and other daytoday activities as required by the team.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Essential:

To excel as a Campaign Delivery Coordinator, you'll need a demonstrated history of successful project delivery in an agile environment, and formal Scrum or project management training.

To succeed you'll also have knowledge of various planning and tracking tools:

Azure DevOps, Trello, JIRA

- agile SCRUM, agile practices, and associated tools (Jira, Confluence, Slack, etc.)
