**SOLICITOR/ CILEx - CASUALTY FRAUD (NQ - 5PQE)
£40,000 - £50,000
A Birmingham based Legal 500 defendant insurance firm are looking to add to their casualty fraud team based in Birmingham City Centre.

THE OPPORTUNITY**:

Working on casualty fraud matters, your case load will be primarily public liability and employers liability insurance claims.
You will work on a high quality caseload of litigated work, covering the above types of claim on behalf of some of the biggest insurers in the UK.

THE CANDIDATE:

You will be a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with previous experience in dealing with employers liability and public liability claims.
You will have a background in litigation, preferably gained within a personal injury environment.
