My client is one of Ireland's largest independently owned Town Planning Consultancy practices, and their current Dublin team is looking to expand with the addition of a Town Planning Consultant

The company provides strategic advice with a commercial focus and has delivered planning approval for schemes of various sizes across all sectors including energy, infrastructure, residential, retail, commercial, healthcare, tourism and industrial.

IPI and/or RTPI accredited degree or postgraduate qualification in Town Planning.
Demonstratable previous experience in a Planning role, either public or private sector.
Ambitious and commercially minded.
Planning and organisational skills, giving attention to detail.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Problem solving and negotiation skills.
Full clean driving licence (preferred).
