A great new opportunity for a Payroll Administrator in Glasgow City Centre
Morgan Philips Specialist Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a renowned client of ours based in Glasgow City Centre in their search for a Payroll Administrator to join their shared service centre.
Our client are a global Payroll outsourcing business who are going through a period of change and growth which is the reason for the Payroll Administrator role coming live.
Along with a host of benefits our client offer flexible hybrid working.Key responsibilities:
Entering of all Payroll data accurately and within SLAs
Uploading Payroll data via Batch process/ Data conversion process
Maintaining sickness/maternity and other absence payments whilst maintaining and monitoring records
Inputting high volume of data to the payroll system
Accurately maintaining all employee records
Key Skills & Experience:
Problem solving skills
Proficient in use of MS Excel
Attention to detail
System knowledge - preferably Oracle or iTrent
Payroll administration Qualification
