Graduate Recruitment Administrator - Job Overview
As a Graduate Recruitment Administrator, your duties will include;

  • Advertising new vacancies
  • General administration
  • Screening CV's and shortlisting applicants
  • Telephone interviews with applicants
  • Updating hiring managers on progress made
  • Managing diaries and arranging interviews
  • Sending out offer letters
  • General Recruitment administration
  • General customer service

Graduate Recruitment Administrator - Skills & Experience Required

  • Able to commit to a role for a minimum of 3 months
  • Previous administrative experience
  • Strong PC skills including databases and all Microsoft packages
  • Experience working within a fastpaced environment
  • Proven ability to communicate with people at different levels
  • Customerfocused attitude
  • Experience working in a recruitment department is desirable but not essential
  • Experience working within an HR department is desirable but not essential
