Description

Auction Sales Negotiator

Initial role - booking viewings and valuations, conduct auction open houses, negotiate pre/post auction sales, assisting with the auction and creating a catalogue, diary management.

Option for training towards auction valuation in the future.

Applicants will ideally have previous experience within estate agency, be target driven with a willingness to generate business and have excellent written and verbal communication skills as attention to detail is important.

A flexible team person willing to learn the full experience of working in auctions from negotiation to valuing and beyond

Hours - Full time Mon-Fri 8:30-5:30. Some Saturday work (with day in lieu provided). Potential for office based or hybrid role.

Basic £25k - £30k DOE (Salary dependent on level of experience)

Looking for either a Residential Senior Negotiator/ Valuer or someone with Auction experience.

A full valid UK driving licence is required for this position.
