Description
As the Bakery Section Chef, you will be responsible for:

preparing and baking a diverse range of Turkish and Arabic bread, pastries, and desserts according to established recipes and techniques.

This may include specialties such as pide, and baklava,

Mix and knead dough for various baked goods, ensuring proper consistency and texture. Monitor fermentation and rising times to achieve optimal results.

Operate bakery equipment, including ovens, mixers, and proofing cabinets, to bake and cook items to perfection. Adjust temperatures and baking times as needed to ensure consistent quality.


Adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation standards in the bakery section, including proper handling of ingredients, equipment cleaning, and storage.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Salary:
£8.94-£11.19 per hour
